Who is the Harbigner now ?
It is said that when a disaster is to occur the thundering starts and the dogs start barking and other things that seem serene go to their extremes. It did not happen this time as was said, it came as a shock akin to a wrecking ball tearing down a building that was just nearing completion. But then again it can’t be said to have come unnoticed. Nothing or no one ever comes like that, there is always some warning or a sign in the least that one knows about. He knew it when it came, but he was not ready to accept it, no one really is ever ready for disaster and neither was he. It was poetic in fact because he was normally the one who was the harbinger. It came, it seen, it conquered. He could hear the rain getting wilder as he sat on those steps, and thought that maybe those warning signs were true after all, just delayed in its arrival.
