When a neck belt is tied around a dog it more often than not implies that it had an owner(although I despise the term,it is beyond doubt one that is hugely prevalent). There is this dog outside my building (in the LIC colony), a couple of days back I seen the other dogs barking at him so I just went and stood next to him, next thing I know he is all over me jumping and holding me with his fore limbs. And then he gets aggressive,in the sense that's his nails start to make a mark on my skin so I try pushing him away and I realized that's not going to be possible. I'm not scared that he will do anything on purpose to me as he is furiously wagging his tail. Which I have come to realize is a way dogs tell you they want to be played with. But I am scared that he might pass on something to me inadvertently.
